GENERAL FUNCTION: Senior Human Resources Consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive HR management advisory and consultancy services to staff and management of HR clients. The Senior Human Resources Consultant manages operationalhumanresources related issues, including development and communication of policies, training administration, human resources reporting and coordinating in recruitment process, compensation, payroll and performance management processes.

The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues,andensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Work with clients as a human resource professional providing guidance on compliance issues, employee benefits, performance management issues, tactical day-to-day HR challenges, and ensuring all elements are in place for a successful humanresourcefunction.

. Work on consulting engagements in the areas of recruitment, leadership training and development, compensation benchmarking, HRIS selection, assessing talent and performance, conducting audits and preparing written summaries and reports forprogramsand projects.

. Acting as a liaison with senior management and/or human resources department staff in ensuring the effective high quality delivery of the service.

. Conducting human resources audits and internal compliance reviews and advising clients on recommended processes/procedures as needed.

. Keeping up with current issues and new developments in human resources.

. Is an expert in the field of human resources and shares accurate information and research with clients.

. Follows internal procedures to provide excellence in client service, protocols, and practices.

. May work on a team or be supervised by a senior consultant or manager on a project, outsourcing client or other Company initiative.

. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

. HR Certification (PHR or SPHR) # Required, upon eligibility

. A minimum of 5-7 years as a human resource generalist with several areas of specialties

. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field

. Excellent written skills and verbal communication

. Demonstrated problem solving expertise

. Proven presentation abilities

. Technology know how - experience using various web platforms and research

. Ability to overcome major issues in a changing environment.

. Interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of the office.

. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

. Ability to efficiently and effectively diagnose problems and analyze resolution at a functional level

. Strong customer service orientation

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills # both verbal and written; develops strong relationships with clients

. Accurate and timely completion of projects and/or reports. Adheres to appropriate response times for client and internal communications.

. Maintenance of Company information in a confidential manner.

. Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple accounts and priorities where timeliness, responsiveness and client satisfaction is of highest importance
