GENERAL FUNCTION: The Recruiting Manager will lead full life cycle recruiting strategy and implementation for client companies, while enhancing recruiting best practices and driving the timely fulfillment of placements. This individual will also manage and mentor an internal team of recruiting consultants.
The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Provides strategic vision and guides tactical support for assigned clients.
# Manages the recruiting process from sourcing to successful placement.
# Works with clients to define talent needs, job requirements and service commitments.
# Takes a strong and active lead in developing innovative and creative sourcing strategies.
# Leverages market intelligence and relationships to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
# Regularly meets with client hiring managers to present recruiting updates, highlighting key metrics.
# Manages and mentors the recruiting team, educating them on recruiting processes/best practices and driving exceptional results.
# Keeps current with new developments in recruiting and sourcing.
# Follows procedures to provide excellence in client service, protocols, and practices.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
# 5+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or client services environment
# 2+ years managing or mentoring internal and/or external recruiters
# Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field
# Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategy
# Experience navigating job posting boards, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS systems
# Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
# Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple accounts and priorities where timeliness, responsiveness and client satisfaction is of highest importance
# Strong presentation and organizational skills
# Understanding of federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment
# Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
