The Space Coordinator role is responsible for tracking occupancy which includes understanding where vacancies exists, assigning space to best fit the strategic needs of the lines of business, as well as monitoring space usage to ensure thattherecordedstate is accurate. This position will work with Relationship managers and strategic planners on the assignment of space, assist with move coordination, event and conference room set ups as well as other tenant needs. The Space Coordinatorwillprovidesuperior support of these efforts in order to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience and in compliance of OurWorkplace EWS standards.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures thatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.


*Receive and manage customer move requests.

*Work with the Relationship manager and strategic planner -Assist in the assignment of space when needs arise.

*Read and interpret floor plans to assess space needs and moving arrangements

*Coordinate and oversee moves, ensuring appropriate vendors engaged, schedules are met, expectations are clear, etc., all in compliance with defined standards and processes

*Manage furniture and equipment requests.

*Collaborate across EWS and the lines of business to ensure that needs are fulfilled.

*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with lines of business, vendor networks, etc.

*Maintain accurate records of space vacancies and track space inventory within a defined portfolio.

*Coordinate conference room set up.

*Provide event coordination, assist in space set up/reconfigurations, vendor access, deliveries, etc

*Help create processes and procedures to drive consistency and process improvement.

*Assist in obtaining appropriate approvals for space assignments/event scope.

*Work with HR Employee Relations and lines of business on ergonomic requests to ensure they are appropriately addressed/resolved

*Assist the Property Portfolio Manager in real estate issues when needed

*Provide superior service with utmost professionalism.
