GENERAL FUNCTION: Manage the private banking function, directly and through section managers, in a geographic region with a Net income greater than Five Million.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customersandcolleagues,andensuresthatactionsand behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Responsible for the development and implementation of the group's business plan including sales , client retention and client experience.

. Responsible for the pricing and delivery of credit and depository products for the group.

. Responsible for the underwriting and overall credit quality of the loan portfolio.

. Leads the groups new business effort.

. Assists in new product development.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential by providing challenging opportunities; developingtheappropriatetalentpooltoensureadequatebenchstrength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

. BS/BA with concentration in business, finance, accounting or equivalent training and experience required. Advanced degree preferred (MBA, CFA, CFP).

. Formal Credit training or 10+ years experience in granting credit to affluent individuals or small-to-medium sized businesses.

. Seasoned administrator and Relationship Manager.

. Prior management experience.

. Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

. This position requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

. Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.

. Extended viewing of a CRT screen.

. Travel
