Analyze Retail product portfolios to identify behavioral and demographic segments and trends. Identify opportunities to improve the profitability of product portfolios. Partner with marketing and sales to build and execute programs that deliveroffersand messages to existing customers. Measure and analyze results of programs to determine success.


Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating

concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always

doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive

a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results

by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.


. Work with and analyze large amounts of product portfolio and other data residing in multiple systems.

. Leverage analytical tools to conduct segmentation and trend analysis

. Create, distribute and present findings to senior management

. Develop understanding of profitability metrics associated with product portfolios.

. Maintain an understanding of consumer behavior trends and demographic segments within product portfolios and within the industry

. Lead analysis of peer benchmarking data

. Develop detailed business cases to support product enhancements, marketing programs and offers

. Partner with Marketing, Sales and IT to develop customer outreach, communication and offer programs that improve retention, activation and utilization of consumer products.

. Measure and analyze the results of retention, activation and utilization programs to determine success and profitability

. Establish, foster and maintain working relationships with business partners and peers within Finance, Credit Risk, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Sales, IT, Legal and Compliance

. Responsible for assisting with Model Risk Management and CCAR activities

. Other duties as assigned.




. Bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, economics, marketing or related field.

. Typically requires minimum of 3-5 years work experience, preferably in financial services

. Database and analytical experience required.

. Proficient with MS-Windows and other related PC applications. Knowledge of SQL or SAS preferred.

. Experience with all steps in the analytic process including problem definition, hypothesis development, program design, results analysis, summarizing and presenting analytics in an executive-ready format.

. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

. Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team.
