GENERAL FUNCTION: The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising programs for the assigned division, line of business, or region. Oversee all aspects of these marketing programs to
ensure the proper execution and drive for outcomes. Perform ongoing program assessment and optimize strategy to improve performance within the annual marketing plan for assigned division, line of business or region.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures thatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Support assigned divisions, lines of business or regions in developing marketing plans, strategy and initiatives that support sales goals.
.Actively involved in the development of new products and services.
.Develop optimal integrated marketing strategy within appropriate channels including print, broadcast, conference/event and digital mediums including webinars, and collaborating with other marketing managers to assure execution and sharing ofbestpractices.Create, implement, track, and execute sales contests and incentives.
.Evaluate effectiveness of all promotion and advertising programs and recommend changes.
.May work with our advertising agency to develop strategic advertising initiatives.
.Partner with other divisions, lines of business or regions within the Bank to increase cross-sell and customer relationships.
.Assist in the communication of product initiatives throughout the Bancorp through collaboration and interaction between line of business and regional marketing teams
.May assist with developing and managing the marketing budget for the assigned division
.Within a regional capacity, support community engagement events and reputation management initiatives.
.Manage multiple vendor relationships and monitor effectiveness and efficiency of these vendors.
.Support the company brand through the adherence to branding guidelines.
.Manage all projects within the line of business or regional marketing budget.
.Perform any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.
.Six (6) or more years of job related work experience.
.Strong verbal and written communications skills.
.Excellent ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously
.Excellent PC skills. Strong attention to detail.
.Knowledge of advertising mediums.
.Prior financial/banking experience is highly desirable, but not required.
.Previous project management experience.
.Strong organizational skills.
.Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently
.Knowledge of the practices and current issues of the organization preferred.
