GENERAL FUNCTION: Fifth Third Bank is increasingly relying on digital marketing as a key, strategic channel to drive acquisition, branding, and cross-sell opportunities to millions of customers and prospects. As a member of the marketingorganization,theDigital Marketing Specialist will play a key role by supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns to achieve cross-sell, engagement and customer retention goals. This position will support the execution and deployment ofdigitalmarketingcampaigns across Fifth Third Bank. Collaborating with line of business marketing partners, agency partners, and analytics teams, the role will help oversee digital marketing campaign development and execution (including definingmessaging,creative, testplans and measurement). The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns working with agency partners and internal stakeholders, as well as expertiseoverseeing digitalcreativeproduction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Partner with the Email Marketing Manager, Digital Campaigns team, and Line of Business Marketing teams to define and create digital marketing campaigns and tactics.
. Lead digital campaign execution from kickoff to deployment, including briefing creative agencies, managing project timelines, overseeing creative development and production.
. Lead the creative review and approval process for digital marketing campaigns to ensure consistent alignment with Compliance and Controls.
. Execute QA and end-to-end testing for templates as part of email campaign deployment.
. Identify and drive enhancements to digital campaigns, and coordinate creative tests that maximize defined campaign KPIs and overall growth of the digital channel.
. Support reporting efforts to measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and drive optimizations to improve campaign performance.
. Ensure assigned deliverables meet expectations, are on strategy and on brand, and are executed on time and within budget.
. Keep abreast of competitive environment and developments/trends in the digital landscape.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
. Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
. 3-5 years of digital or direct marketing experience for a large consumer business or agency.
. Financial services industry experience a plus, but not required.
. Hands-on experience managing marketing campaign execution. Email marketing experience preferred.
. Proven project management experience along with problem solving and planning skills are a must.
. High energy with the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment across multiple internal clients.
. Results-driven with focus on campaign measurement and analysis.
. Flexible, personable attitude; ability to build collaborative, professional relationships with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the company.
. Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) preferred (ExactTarget, Eloqua, CheetahMail, etc.)
. Experience with digital measurement tools a plus (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
. Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
. Extended viewing of a CRT screen.
