GENERAL FUNCTION: The Senior Leverage Analyst is primarily responsible for partnering with Leveraged Finance Deal Team underwriters, supporting the daily duties of underwriting while performing analytical tasks as needed. In addition,asuccessfulSeniorLeverage Analyst will be able to prepare documents and utilize various financial modeling tools to create and provide insight to the Deal Team for further analysis. The Senior Leverage Analyst is knowledgeable on financial andriskanalysisanddemonstrates proficiency in financial modeling. Critical thinking skills are required for a Senior Leverage Analyst, in addition to flexibility, a desire to learn, and an ability to work with numerous internal partners and buildrelationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Partner with Leveraged Financed Deal Teams, performing analytical tasks as needed.
. Use knowledge of leveraged finance credit agreements and use critical thinking to identify key business and legal provisions of the agreement including Borrower/Guarantors, Pricing grids, Financial Covenants,FinancialReportingrequirements,Compliance certificates, Excess Cash Flow Recaptures, Equity Cures
. Responsible for regularly synthesizing the business and legal provisions of the credit agreement into Banking Systems (CCAS/CAM) with little to no errors.
. Verify covenants and define updates needed on ticklers.
. Accountable for updating financial covenants and calculations as needed
. Run Probability of Default (PD) model with oversight
. Run RAROC model with oversight
. Complete FCCR Template
. Complete Enterprise Valuation ("EV") requests
. Responsible for understanding and evaluating completed spreads to determine necessary edits working in collaboration with the CCU team and Leveraged Finance Underwriters.
. Support Deal Teams and special projects
. Takes appropriate remedial actions to resolve deficiencies and escalates questions/disputes to appropriate level when necessary.
. May assist with training of new employees.
. May work on special projects as assigned by management.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
. Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
. 2 years of related commercial banking and/or legal documentation experience
. Sound Financial and risk analysis understanding, including the ability to develop financial models
. Extensive Knowledge of banking products and services
. Knowledge of corporate business structure and legal documents
. General knowledge of U.S. government and regulation
. Knowledge of the local or regional market preferred, but not required
. Proficiency in internal banking applications
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Demonstrated expertise in using effective problem solving and analytical skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
. Proficient in all Microsoft Office software
. Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like
. Minimal travel required
