#GENERAL FUNCTION: Direct all aspects of ATM network management for the Bancorp, including multi-year strategic planning, annual budgeting, management reporting, coordination of monthly operating reviews,supplierselection,partnerrelationships,andbusiness case development for both deployment and retirement. Collaborate with Corporate Facilities, DSG Digital Delivery, Retail IT, the Retail Line of Business, Corporate Marketing and affiliates to ensurethatsiteselection,installation,site(including signage and environmental standards) maintenance, cash management, employee training and customer education activities are performed in a manner that meets strategic, operational, and financial targets.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuresthatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ATM Strategy and Planning

.ATM supplier relations, price negotiations, contracting

.Conduct of monthly operating reviews with Managing Director # Distribution Strategy and Head of Retail Banking (and heads of other LOBs as appropriate), including reporting of availability, financialperformance,customerexperience,andtransactionmigration (from financial center) objectives

.Ongoing profitability assessment of individual ATM locations

.Continuous improvement of ATM customer experience

.Ensuring that financial center employees are capable of encouraging customer usage of the ATM network as part of the customer onboarding process

.Directing ATM-related marketing efforts

.Development and execution of Multichannel Platform elements of the Bancorp's Integrated Channel Strategy vision as they relate to enhanced ATM functionality, and ATM fleet optimization.

.Compliance with all regulatory and risk mitigation objectives

Physical Distribution Strategy and Planning

.Ensuring a holistic physical distribution plan that optimizes the deployment of both ATM and Financial Center assets

.Execute against the Network Model elements of the Bancorp's Integrated Channel Strategy vision, as they pertain to the strategic assessment of networks and development/rollout of branch formats

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing employees and suppliers timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunitiesthatenhanceemployeecareergrowth;developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

.Minimum of 10 years experience required in retail operations / channel management / technology planning and operations

.BA/BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

.Financial services experience preferred.

.Minimum of 7 years experience in the management of professionals / teams.

.Excellent presentation and communication skills.

.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
