The RCA Advisory Services General Manager is the primary client contact responsible for advising clients through high level strategic thinking, leadership and dedication to exceptional levels of client satisfaction, and commitment to working in ateamenvironment This role will be accomplished through frequent contacts with clients to discuss their specific investment situation and to serve as RCA's principle client relationship manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Client Service relationships with Company clients and prospects that reflect the high-quality standards of the Company through maintenance of Company's 100% client retention and customer satisfaction.

.Enhance RCA's Advisory Service reputation by exceeding the expectations of clients through insights and solutions

. Assist clients in the achievement of their financial and investment goals through communication of targeted long#term performance, regular and periodic testing of planning assumptions and implementation of the appropriate model investmentstrategysummarized in the client's current Investment Policy Statement.

.Analyze client's financial status and condition, risk tolerance, develop financial plans and discuss options that align with the best interest of the client.

.Interview clients/prospects to determine client's assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status and financial objectives.

.Conduct semi-annual client meetings with the RCA Retire in Comfort clients to review portfolio performance, any changes in the client's risk tolerance or personal/financial condition, with two Learning Sessions each year, and Retire in Comfort;reviewand execute new Investment Policy Statement(s) at least annually; and discuss other planning matters. Frequency of meetings or substantive phone meetings is dictated by client asset level and client's stated preferences as set forth in theCompany's CCTGuidelines.

.Conduct a regular review of client account activity. Maintain contact with client to revise existing plan based on modified needs of the client, changed circumstances or changes in investment market.

.Coordinate with the Portfolio Management and Research Department regarding portfolio allocations as necessary.

. Facilitate additional services from independent outside third party providers including tax, insurance, estate planning, etc.

. Generate and follow-up on client referrals. Conduct initial meetings with prospective clients on a timely basis. Generate proposals for prospects.

. Follow-up with prospects generated from Money Masters, Retirement University or other sources. Generate proposals for prospects. Close prospects and directly oversee the orientation of the new clients into the RCA family through the NewClientOrientation Process.

. Generate and delegate service requests to the Client Care Team to focus on client relationships and generate new business.

.Present Client Market Update to clients.

.Identify opportunities for the Client Care Team to demonstrate thoughtful "client appreciation" by recognizing client anniversaries, birthdays, grandchildren, special events or trips in a personalized and thoughtful manner.

. Demonstrate commitment to compliance through timely and accurate documentation of client meetings in the company CRM; timely completion of client projects; the accurate completion of retirement income plans, as needed; the proper use of riskprofilesand Investment Policy Statements; and adherence to the Company's Guidelines and Rule 206(4)-7 Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics. Advisory Services General Manager must embrace and evidence a strong adherence to the Company's spiritofcompliance reflected in its culture of checks and balances and reporting structures.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree

8-10 years investment/ money management industry experience required

Professional Designation: Certified Financial Planner

Actively participate in professional associations, develop and maintain expertise in retirement and financial planning and in the financial services industry that reflects the "best practices" of other investment advisors

. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client experience

.Strong verbal and written communications skills.

.Excellent ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously

. Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently

Strong attention to detail.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ,financial and sales technology
