Fifth Third Bank's Wholesale division offers banking, cash management, and financial services to large and middle market businesses, government, and specialized industries. In addition to traditional lending and depository offerings, our commercial products and services include global cash management, foreign exchange and international trade finance, derivatives and capital markets services, asset-based lending, real estate finance, commercial leasing, and syndicated finance. We are a team of professionals focused on delivering innovative and client-specific solutions that leverage the Bank's expertise in treasury management, capital markets, and international products and services. Our sales process drives the delivery of financial solutions through a relationship team consisting of subject-matter experts who ensure all aspects of our client's needs are assessed and met.
Performs a wide range of complex analytical and high-level support functions. With limited supervision, applies analytical skills to provide consistent data and reporting support for the Corporate Banking Group. Provides oversight of Analysts and CAPs (Commercial Associate Program) to ensure the production of a high quality work product.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and understand complex financial models
Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight
Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs
Coordinate with product partners to develop integrated financing solutions and pitch materials
Develop good working relationships with peers, product partners and senior bankers throughout the organization
Manage priorities while working on a number of high priority opportunities simultaneously

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
3 - 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets
Strong credit underwriting skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA typical
Expertise in one or more industries preferred
Proven track record of success in working as a part of a team to originate and close complex financial transactions
Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written
Strong technical skills- PowerPoint, Excel and Word
