Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the process of identifying, quantifying and managing the risks that an organization faces while applying it to the overall Bank Strategy. While it is impossible to remove all risk from the organization effective risk management requires a strong risk culture and risk governance. Risk culture is the system of values and behaviors within the organization that shapes the day-to-day decisions that we all make. Developing a risk culture is a continuous process # it is consistent with, and builds upon, our Core Values, Leadership Competencies, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics in that it is based on a common understanding that managing risk is everyone's responsibility and creates an environment that encourages the open exchange of ideas, willingness to elevate concerns, and a commitment to "doing the right thing." GENERAL FUNCTION:

Creates pools and contracts for government agencies. Tracks, organizes and files notes for Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial File room and Vault. Oversee the execution of individual investor sales from the note pull to the finalcertification process.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures thatactions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain government Investor Pools and Contracts.

  • Enter and retrieve data from Central File Room tracking system.

  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets, certification tracking and exception tracking.

  • Works with Secondary Marketing to organize the delivery and execution of various individual loan sales.

  • Track and execute release documents in accordance with investor requirements.

  • Pull and certify files for account sales and government audits.

  • Retrieve and replace notes and files from vault or shelving.

  • Prepare original document for delivery to the collections area so foreclosure proceedings can begin.

  • Identify documents being requested and provide electronic copies to internal and external departments/customers.

  • Operate various office and imaging machines.

  • Perform general housekeeping in the department.

  • Meet and maintain production standards for Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial File room and Vault activities

  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of all vault procedures and processes including expertise of investor requirements.

  • A general expertise of all documents that would be requested by internal and external agencies for compliance reviews.

  • High level access to all investor selling systems and the knowledge/reporting capabilities associated with them.

  • Liaison to multiple business partners for planning and execution discussions on future sale activity.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

  • Must understand and be able to perform every function within the department.

  • Must be able to work efficiently in DokTrak, Ace, Mortgage Serv, UniFi, and Nautilus.

  • Good verbal and written communication, spelling, grammar and typing skills.

  • Good organization skills, attention to details, self motivated.

  • Good numerical organization skills, problem solving skills.

  • Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
